At Santé Plus, we believe that prevention is the best medicine. We are always on the lookout for ways to keep you healthy and prevent disease. Be it through preventative treatments or patient education, we’ve got your back.
Women’s & Men’s Health
Both women and men have unique needs. We’re here to screen for cancers (cervical/breast in women or prostate in men, for example), monitor for other gender-specific issues, and keep you living the healthiest life possible.
Sick Visits
When you are feeling a bit down or dealing with a minor illness, we’re there to help you get and feel better as quickly as possible, whether it’s a minor cold, a case of bronchitis, or a skin rash. Whenever possible, please call us prior to going to an urgent care center, an emergency room, or a hospital. We can likely help you with non-emergency situations. If you do end up being admitted to the hospital, please let us know so we can continue to follow you on your path toward wellness
Preventative Health
When you need laboratory testing or other diagnostic services, we do our best to provide these services onsite in our clinic. If it’s beyond our abilities, we connect you with the right resource to best meet your needs.
Chronic Disease Care Management
When you find yourself diagnosed with a chronic disease, we’ll be right there by your side. We’ll proactively suggest strategies for managing the disease, whether it’s diabetes, hypertension, lipid management, or something else. Lastly, whenever possible, we’ll work with you to prevent the disease from worsening and improve any symptoms with our innovative care management model. ‘’Our Care Coordinators will help facilitate visits with specialists, when necessary, and our Care Managers work tirelessly to guide you through the management of chronic disease with the provision of patient education for positive outcomes''
Flu Shots/COVID Testing
As available, we’re pleased to offer flu shots to protect you against the latest known strains of the influenzae virus. If you believe you may have or have been exposed to COVID, we can use point-of-care testing for detection and then follow-up with appropriate treatments, if any.
Behavioral Health Services
The wellbeing of your mind is as important as the wellbeing of your physical body. We offer behavioral health services to help you with sometimes difficult diagnoses, through some of the difficulties of day-to-day life, and/or to help you navigate the multitude of life’s choices.
Endocrinology
We offer endocrinology care on-site for patients who are needing a bit more specialized approach to managing their diabetes, thyroid disease, and/or for other hormone imbalances.
